Are you ready to rise to the challenge to work alongside a highly talented Head Chef who leads a tight ship with a highly successful brigade in a fresh food kitchen. This thriving operation needs a Sous Chef who is head strong and able to lead and manage a medium sized brigade. This is very much a hands on role in this large new kitchen, it needs a Sous Chef who has the speed passion and talent to match.
Attributes:
Previous experience working in 4 or 5 star operations
Impeccable knowledge of seasonal ingredients
Be able to cope under pressure
To train junior level Chefs
Efficient, capable and confident in the kitchen
