We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the most successful and highly regarded fresh gastro pub groups in the UK. Currently a award winning small bespoke group of pubs with the aim to expand over the next few years opening up opportunities for progression for all involved.


We are looking for a Sous Chef`s with passion, flair, enthusiasm and a genuine motivation to succeed. You will be required to manage all areas of the kitchen in the abscence of the head chef and deliver high quality fresh food in a busy high volume environment.


In return they offer a competitive salary with a generous achievable bonus structure. ( Accommodation can be arranged if required)
