The right person will have a dedication to perfection, be great with people, have a desire and passion to create a fantastic experience for every guest.
You will be a born leader; able to inspire, motivate and develop people at any level, while still reaching and exceeding any target given to you.
You will have 2 years + solid and progressive experience as a General Manager in a full service branded restaurant or bar/restaurant, be a “hands-on” manager, willing to jump in to any position and have a working knowledge of the financial aspect of running a busy restaurant.
