My Client is seeking a Sous Chef to lead an exciting brigade within the prestigious B&I out of town location.
Ideally this Sous chef will have either Michelin or Rosette restaurant experience and has a passion to experience contract catering at it best!!, Or would have worked within in contract catering producing high quality food to business directors.
·Proven high level dining experience and knowledge
·Good understanding of flavours and presentation
·Passion for fresh seasonal ingredients
·“ A go Getter” who enjoys learning
·Great eye for detail
·Passion to produce great quality food
·The ability to lead a team as well as being a strong team player.
·Strong and confident nature to support Head chef
·Monday to Friday
