Travelling Executive Chef - 5 * Cruise Line

Salary -$5200 USD per month x 12 months, so full vacation pay
Paid in US Dollars
Contract: 4 months on (7 days a week) and 2 months off

The position involves travelling between the ships focusing on:
- Training
- Quality Control
- Menu design
- Improving standards across the fleet
- Relief Exec Chef when required
Candidate requirements:
Previous 5* Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef for at least 2 - 3 years required. Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine and fine dining.
Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef is a must.
Excellent Management and training skills.
