My client is a world renowned Michelin Starred establishment in the rolling countryside of the North of England , they are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to help run their incredibly high kitchen operation and deliver a service of the very highest standard.
The successful applicant will have previous Senior CDP or Sous chef experience in Michelin restaurants and will be be responsible for all Sous duties, running the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef,developing junior staff and used to cooking at Michelin star standard.
