My client is a 2rosette hotel restaurant located in the centre of berkshire, they are currently looking for a CDP with decent previous expereicne to help run and organise a section in their fine dining kitchen.
The successful applicant will have ideally worked in a rosetted kitchen at CDP level for sometime and will be familiar with producing high quality food and will have dealt with all kichen admin.
