My client is a 3AA rostted hotel restaurant based on the Cornsih coast, they are currently looking to recruit a Pastry chef to help push forward their pastry operations in their finedining .
The successful applicant will have decent experience as a Pastry chef ideally at AA rosette standard and will be used to training and developing junior chefs, cooking to a AA rosette standard and all Head pastry admin.
