My client is an extremely prestigous 2rosette 5RED* hotel based in the centre of London, they are currentrly expanding their brigade for the busy summer season and are looking to recruit a Sous chef to help run the brigade and ensure extreme quality.
The successful applicant will have red star experience or 5* or 3AA rosette level cooking and supervisory experience.
