My client is looking for a strong candidate to fill their vacancy for a restaurant manager. You will need to be enthusiastic about the industry and have a solid F&B background in a quality organisation.
This is a new restaurant development in a popular country hotel and is set to be a really top rate venue serving excellent food. The Head Chef is passionate about using the finest ingredients and creating a great experience for the guests. As you will be working closely with him it would be excellent if you shared this approach.
You will be required to have a proven management record with the ability to train staff, use sound financial knowledge, work well within a small team and have excellent customer service skills.
You should be able to use your own initiative, as the owners will need you to take on the day to day running of the operation.
You should have a passionate understanding of food and drink.
