This country house hotel, located in a stunning Norfolk Broads location, is looking for a quality chef with good skills and lots of promise.
You will be creating simple but excellently prepared fresh cuisine and working within a busy and dynamic brigade of 6 chefs. The menu is based around a daily changing specials board and incorporates a renowned selection of seafood dishes.
They are located right in the river so the summer season sees lots of passing boaters stopping for lunch and dinner. The outside eating area caters for well over 100 people and on sunny days barbecues create a relaxed venue attracting all kinds of customers
The operation has recently been taken over by a successful and progressive hotels group so there is a great deal of career potential for the right candidate.
You will need to work hard and be prepared to learn a great deal from some highly motivational chefs, but in return you will gain a fantastic working experience.
