This client has a classy little hotel near the East Sussex coast. They are looking for an experienced CDP for their highly respected restaurant serving excellent British and Mediterranean cuisine.
Salary will be between £16 – 18K, depending upon experience, and Live – in accommodation can be provided if required.
They are looking for an organised, tidy and well-trained candidate who is able to work to a consistently high standard with top quality ingredients. You should have a solid background in all sections creating everything from fresh.
