A renowned hotel chain is looking for CDP’s to work in their restaurants. The restaurants all hold 2-rosettes and are well known for the standard they set in food, wine and beer.
The hotel chain is mainly concentrated around the Suffolk coastline, in lively towns. The food served is imaginative and constantly changing, traditional English food is served and fresh seafood features heavily on the menu. The company prides itself on supporting and developing its staff, so you will be encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the team.
Candidates should have at least two years experience in a 2-rosette restaurant.
