You can expect a salary in the region of £21K with Live-in accommodation provided if needed.

The 55-cover restaurant serves French classical cuisine nut with plenty of modern twists to keep things interesting.
You will need to be a keen organiser and leader as well as technically gifted, with an easygoing personality too.
