My client is looking for a Sous chef for their 2 AA Rosette Country House Hotel and Restaurant located in the beautiful Cotswold town of Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire. They will pay up to 23K and can provide live in accommodation.
? They want to find someone who is confident in their abilities both technically and in the management of the kitchen.
? They are looking for someone with a Rosette background
? They want a chef that can work closely with the head chef on menu design and take charge of the kitchen when required.
You will be working with a team of 5 chefs in a well-designed kitchen, serving high quality, modern British cuisine.
