Our client is a 5 STAR HOTELcurrently recruiting for a Assistant Manager

The property has 5 STAR HOTEL WITH 80 PLUS BEDROOMS

The Role: Assistant Manager

Role Criteria

The ideal Assistant Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
The Assistant Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager
Assistant Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
The successful Assistant Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
