Strong number two required to join this quality operation in Suffolk. We’re seeking an innovative and driven manager to assist the GM is taking this operation forward, in terms of standards, guest satisfaction and bottom line results.
This is a hands on role that will involve working closely with HOD’s to provide training, support an guidance. Ideally you’ll have experience and expertise in all areas of the hotel including F&B, Reception, C&B, Housekeeping etc. You’ll be heavily involved in improving standards in all these areas while at the same time running a tight ship that is profitable. Ideally you’ll have a strong understanding of financial management however this is not essential and is an area that training can be provided in.
