THIS IS A SENIOR ROLE THAT WILL INVOLVE OVERSEEING ALL F&B DEPARTMENTS ESPECIALLY IN C&B, WHERE YOU WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ROLE.
THEREFORE EXPERIENCE AT RUNNING WEDDINGS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE, AS THEY ARE A MAJOR PART OF THE HOTEL’S TRADE. THEY HAVE THREE FUNCTION SUITES THAT ARE IN CONSTANT USE SO YOU’LL NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED IN THIS AREA AS WELL.
YOU WILL ALSO WORK CLOSELY WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER TO ENSURE THE BUSINESS IS RUNNING EFFICIENTLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY.
