Our client is currently recruiting a General Manager for a Trendy restaurant concept, they are one of the UKs most renowned employers with a fast paced, customer focused style and award winning training.
The company are looking to recruit a hands-on and self motivated General Manager within Central London including West End, Soho, Oxford St. The restaurant group offer a benefits and training package which is one of the best in the catering and hospitality sector
This position will require the General Manager to be flexible, people focused and enthusiastic. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the smooth day to day running of a high volume restaurant, overseeing a team of 20 staff members and maintaining standards in customer care and service.
You must have considerable high volume experience within a restaurant or hotel operation
