Sous Chef required for one of Leeds finest 5 *country house hotels.
The Hotel has 2 restaurants, one being of 2 rosette standard, a C&B department that can cater for 350 and a busy room service division.
As Sous Chef you will train, motivate and manage all the junior staff and run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
You will need to have a background in rosette standard restaurants or similiar quality kitchens working as a Jnr Sous or Sous Chef in a large kitchen and want to join one of the leading Hotel groups.
