This great opportunity is seeking a Sous Chef with good good solid experience within first class establishments, you will know about the seasons, care about the quality of the ingredients and have the culinary skill to create fresh English food for up to 150 covers.
With your positive attitude, passion for food and keenness to learn you will become part of a very successful team
