We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join the brigade of a new operation opening the beginning of February. This newly renovated Gastro pub is situated near the town centre and is easily accessible from Peterborough and Norwich.
You should be a competent Sous or junior Sous Chef with a solid background in catering, preferably creating dishes with fresh local produce. You will need to be a confident team leader with the ability to lead your brigade with enthusiasm using your knowledge to improve their skills.
