This exciting position has become available within this rapidly expanding Deli concept restaurant group for an Assistant Manager. The suitable candidate will be second in command in one of this company's restaurants and will be leading a team of up to 25 floor staff. You will be working to set targets whilst keeping a professional team and setting the standards.
This is an ideal role for some one to take their career to another level. You will have strong customer-facing skills with an enthusiasm and a willingness to train your team and be trained. You will be a strong team player and have a basic financial acumen. The ideal person will have a confident and out going personality with an eye for detail
In return for your commitment our client restaurant is offering a very competative salary coupled with training and development and progression within this ever expanding company. There is also an incentive program in place that will enable you to increase your basic salary by £4k per annum
