My client is a very well established luxury 5* hotel in Central London, they are currently looking to recruit a highly trained Chef de Partie for their constantly busy kitchen operation.
The successful applicant MUST have a stable background in 5* hotels. They will be familiar with most sections of a successful high standard kitchen, be enthusiastic and used to working within time constraints in high pressure environments.They will also be able to produce cuisine of a high standard, develop, train and supervise junior members of staff and be familiar with all aspects of chef de partie admin duties.
