Our client is a leading hotel location in the city centre of Manchester which is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef`s

This is an ideal position for any forward thinking chef who has either just left college or wishes to increase their knowledge of fine foods and progress within his/her career.

The Role: Commis Chef

Role Criteria

• The ideal Commis Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
• The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Commis Chef will be responsible for ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Commis Chef will be reporting directly into the chef de partie / sous chef
• Commis Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
• The successful Commis Chef will be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 in catering
• Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role
