Sous Chef

My client is a 140 bed 4* hotel with an excellent reputation for cuisine and extensive C&B. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to forward and progress his/her career.

The Role: Sous Chef

Role Criteria

• The ideal Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
• The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
• Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
• The successful Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
• Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role
