Job Description:

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - LANCASHIRE Assistant Restaurant Manager required in Lancashire for this fine dining contemporary Restaurant located near to Blackpool. The restaurant is very contemporary in design and serves around 80 covers per service Modern British Cuisine.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will assist the Restaurant Manager in the efficient running of the fine dining Restaurant. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will ideally have experience of working within a similar environment as Assistant Restaurant Manager and have excellent standards of service.

You must have a good understanding of food and wine and be able to lead by example in order to train your team and offer ongoing support. You will have an excellent eye for detail ane be looking to work within a high quality environment.
