We are in need of an enthusiastic Commis to join a small brigade and complete the team of a traditionally English Country House. This particular establishment is situated in North Norfolk and comes with live in accommodation.
The kitchen has a small brigade and strives to create menus and specials boards, based on what’s been caught, shot, picked or dug locally each day.
The correct candidate should be enthusiastic about food, cooking and progressing further in their career.
