We are currently looking for a Head Chef to run the kitchen of our traditionally English Country House. Only 10 minutes from the A12, the establishment has seven rooms and caters for a high percentage of local trade, as well as passing customers
You should have a strong background in working in similar establishments and be willing to maintain high set standards to produce good quality dishes using fresh local produce.
You will need to have worked previously at Sous Chef level or above and have a confident and competent manner where leadership is concerned. It would also be to your advantage if you had knowledge in achieving G.P’s, stock taking, menu writing and staffing issues.
The location of this establishment makes it perfect for anyone travelling on the A12.
