Famous brasserie group is currently recruiting a Sous Chef for their restaurant which has recently opened in the new Terminal 5 building in Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic challenge for an experienced Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition, the ability to lead a team of 10 chefs and the motivation to create good quality food made from the freshest of ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have strong man management skills at Sous Chef level
The restaurant is a 7-day operation. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding restaurant group coupled with a competitive salary, straight Shifts and incentives to suit all!
