We are looking for a chef de partie to start immediately for this busy brasserie and restaurant.

The restaurant is part of a very successful and famous company, it has 100 covers, a brigade of 12 chefs. the cuisine is Modern European with Asian influences served to very high standard. The restaurant is very successful and has several awards including rosettes

The most talented candidate will have experiences as a chef de partie in a Brasserie or restaurant

The company offer a salary of up to £22,000 + great career opportunities.
