Our client is opening a new restaurant in the heart of theatre land in London and are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Deputy manager to help run the operation

Are you able to Assist in the development of an extremly busy and popular Fresh food brand? You will be working to set targets whilst keeping a professional team of up to 25 and setting the standards. You will be working 5 straight shifts per week and you will be given a competative salary coupled with a bonus incentive.

This is an ideal role for some one to take their career to another level. All applicants will have strong customer-facing skills with an enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player and have a basic financial awareness. And above all you will have an outrageous, fun loving and happy personality
