We are currently searching for a Sous Chef to complete the brigade of a well-established public house, with the possibility of live in. The kitchen deal with fresh, local produce when developing their dishes and always cook to a high standard.
In the kitchen the menu changes very regularly, sometimes daily, to reflect the seasons and the availability of the best goods. The brigade is lead by an extremely knowledgeable Head Chef who endeavors to share his skills and experience with all his staff.
You would need to be enthusiastic about food and passionate about all things culinary accompanied by a flair for creativity. If you have two or more years experience as a chef de partie then this would be perfect for you.
