Chef de Partie- you will need to have first class culinary skills and be fully familiar with seasons and the preparation of fresh produce. You will be joining a small team working from a high quality kitchen that is well equipped. You will be given every opportunity to progress, learn kitchen management and occasionally lead the team.
Assistant Manager- you will have bags of personality, a friendly attitude and be eager to learn. You will also have a big interest in food and wine and be able to work well within a small team.
The opportunity is a great chance for two enthusiastic career minded people who are eager to learn, good team workers and ready to find job satisfaction.
