Now under new management An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef in a Gastro pub nr Burford Oxfordshire. This establishment want to develop the kitchen and restaurant with a more traditional style whilst continuing to use fresh local produce.
The establishment can cater for up to 60 people at one time and the kitchen itself has a maximum brigade of three.
The correct candidate must have experience of working in a rosette standard establishment and skills in creating traditional English dishes. Also a strong history of dealings with G.P’s stock taking, staffing issues and menu writing are essential.
A bonus scheme would be put in place to reward your efforts.
