Our client is a Stunning hotel which is currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to help run a superb multi million pound, multi outlet operation.
The property has 90+ bedrooms, a contemporary restaurant and a newly refurbished kitchen with state of the art equipment.

The Role: Senior Sous Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Senior Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Senior Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Senior Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
