Sous Chef
Our client is an outstanding hotel which is part of an exclusive hotel group with many properties throughout the UK, and they are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to help run a brigade of 10 chefs
The property has an 80 cover restaurant.

The Role: Sous Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
