Restaurant Manager
Our client is a 4* - 70 bedroom property currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to aid in the smooth running of their super high quality 180cv restaurant.
This property has just undergone a massive multi-million pound opening and is set for great things after huge investment - ideally they are looking for someone who can aid them in their quest for accolades.
The Role: Restaurant Manager
Role Criteria
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have previous 4, 5 star hotel experience or worked within high volume high quality restaurants
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for staff training and development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
The Restaurant Manager will be reporting directly into the GM
The Restaurant Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
The successful Restaurant Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years Assistant Restaurant Manager / supervisory experience within a similar operation
