Sous Chef required for a property that is part of a well renowned international chain
This position is ideal for a Sous Chef who wants to progress within a large hotel group.The hotel has a brasserie style restaurant and conferencing and banqueting for 150 covers.
Applicants to this position should be experienced Sous Chef who are strong all rounder’s and have the ability to support the Head Chef in the training and development of the team.
