This company have taken a tired old pub, pumped a huge amount of investment into it and produced a fantastic venue with a large, stylish and contemporary dining space and a really modern, brand new Kitchen.
They create modern British dishes and pride themselves on the quality of their product – great wines and beers, excellent food and friendly but sophisticated service
The right candidate will need to be quick on their feet, calm under pressure and be able to perform to a consistently high standard. You will be hands on and lead from the front with an excellent product knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
