Job Description:

As the first point of contact with our customers, you'll have an important say in our success. Making full use of your warm, friendly telephone manner and talent for organisation, you'll handle telephone as well as written enquires promptly and efficiently - with the overall goal of maximising sales and room occupancy rates.

This provides an opportunity for either an experienced Fidelio reservations agent with a desire to progress their career, or for a candidate who wishes to enter the hotel industry within a sales office environment as training will be given.

The role will involve handling all incoming enquiries efficiently and effectively, converting them into bookings; working to brand standards; following departmental checklists; maximising sales; participating in promotions and special events; forwarding sales leads to the business development manager and helping to monitor competitor performance. You will also be required to produce departmental reports.
