Salary

£21,000 to £24,000 per annum

Clients Information

This prestigious Heritage site, based in the City are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The site hosts two modern cafes, two restaurants and also caterers for banquets, events and canapé parties. Everything is made from scratch using the highest quality produce. Leading a team of 15 in the absence of the Head chef you will be responsible for stock taking, ordering, staff rostas, training, menu compilation and food costings.The days of work are 5 out of a 7 on a rosta basis, early and late shifts will be required.

Candidate Specifications

Candidates must be well presented, focused and driven professionals with excellent all round kitchen knowledge and skills. Experience within high quality, high volume sites is essential.
