We are looking for a Duty Manager who can competently take on this challenging role in an expanding Norfolk Hotel.
This rosette establishment is going to more than double its capacity next year making room for a further 100 diners.
The hotel itself is situated on the North Norfolk coast, bustling with crowds in the summer months and fully booked over the Christmas season they have a well renowned reputation for good food and courteous and friendly staff.
The correct candidate must have a friendly and enthusiastic approach whilst remaining professional throughout. You will be expected to competently manage your duties and take on further responsibility when higher management is not present. It is also necessary for you to be able to manage yourself and staff amongst a great deal of change and development while improvements take place in the New Year.
