This very high standard hotel requires a Demi Chef de Partie for the pastry section to strengthen the team of 6 pastry chefs.The hotel is a multi-outlet property and so offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their knowledge, working within a busy hotel environment.
Applicants to this role will ideally be Commis Chefs who have been concentrating on the pastry section and want to focus their career on this section.
