Our client is quality hotel, with 40+ Bedrooms, brassiere restaurant and a quality C&B operation.
Our client requires an excellent head chef to gain an excellent reputation
Full control over stock, staff and menus.

The Role: Head Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Head Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Head Chef will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
- The Head Chef will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of catering service
- The Head Chef will be reporting directly into the line manager
- Head Chef must be highly passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards
- The successful Head Chef will have at least 2 / 3 years experience within a similar operation
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role
