A talented Sous Chef is required for this beautiful 40 bedroom 4* Hotel with a 2AA Rosette awarded Restaurant.
The hotel dates back to 1640 and stands in 15 acres of grounds and has great leisure facilities including a championship golf course.
As Sous Chef you will assist in the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, training and motivating the brigade and ensuring that the food is cooked and prepared to the 2AA Rosette standard at all times. As well as the restaurant the hotel has C&B facilities for 150 guests.
You should ideally have previous proven experience of working within Rosette or similar style properties.
