The Restaurant serves around 50 Covers per service within a fine dining environment and the kitchen has a brigade of 5 chefs. Within the kitchen you will have the opportunity to learn every section of the kitchen including pastry as all chefs rotate in order to develop further.
As a Commis Chef you must have either your NVQ Level 1 or 2 or atleast 12 months experience of working with fresh food. You must have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to start your career working within the gastronomic market.
