Job Description:

Sous Chef required to work in a busy Hotel in Cumbria. The ideal candidate will have worked in a busy but small hotel offering traditional English restaurant facilities along with conference and banqueting functions. Normal Sous chef duties apply and you will be expected to handle the running of the kitchen in the Head chef’s absence, rotas, ordering health and hygiene will all be part of your duties. There are excellent career opportunities to move up the ladder in the hotel chain and there’s an option for live in accommodation. Cvs should be sent ASAP as this is an urgent role
