My client is an extremely prestigous 5* hotel based in the centre of London, they are currently expanding their brigade and are looking to recruit an Exec Sous chef to run the 25 strong brigade and ensure extreme quality.
The successful applicant will have red star experience or 5* AA rosette level cooking and extensive kitchen management experience at Sous or Senior Sous level. They will be responsible for health and hygeine issues,health and safety, training and development as well as running the large operation in the Executive chef's absence.
