Demi chef required for this 40 cover restaurant with rooms located near Cheltenham.
You will be part of a team of 5 chefs producing simple but high standard food using all fresh seasonal produce with dishes ranging from terrines to cassoulets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a similar style environment.
This position is 5 days a week and live in accommodation is available if required.
